What are tokens?

Tokens are units that measure AI usage. Both your questions and AI responses consume tokens. Longer conversations use more tokens.

When do my tokens reset?

Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Monthly tokens reset on your billing date. Free trial tokens don't reset - use them until they're gone.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What's your refund policy?

Contact support@healthy4u.app within 7 days of payment. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.

What payment methods are accepted?
